Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

Shipping

We offer a $9.99 flat rate shipping cost to our items. No matter how much you purchase the rate is $9.99.  Our international flat rate is $49.99.  Chardicraft is NOT responsible for ANY customs fees/and or delays that the customer may incur when their package is shipped. We use many different carriers to ship our products such as USPS, FED EX, UPS and others.  The carrier chosen is at our (Chardicraft’s) discretion.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our items we do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges. Many of our items are one of a kind or are made to order making them ineligible for returns. When purchasing fabric once it is purchased it is considered cut it cannot be cancelled or returned. 

(Exception to the return policy):

In the event of an error on our part such as wrong item sent you MUST contact us via e-mail within 3 days from the date of delivery, we will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.  We will be unable to correct ANY order after the 3 day grace period.

Refunds 

In the event we made an error such as shipping the wrong item, it must be brought to our attention within the 3 day grace period. If/when we approve the return, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.            

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.                   

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {returns@chardicraft.com}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping return

In the event you need to ship an item back to us because of an error on our part we will issue you a return label.  You will be responsible for returning the item within 10 business days.  If it is received after the 10 day period it is at our discretion to honor said return.  Will exchange the return for the correct item once the return process is completed properly.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product (if applicable) to reach you may vary.

It is your responsibility to keep track of your return.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
